Physical Therapy Staff

Krystal Schoch, PT, DPT

Krystal is a dedicated therapist who has been in the industry serving South Florida for over 16 years. She has always aspired to own her own practice, prioritizing Quality patient care.

Her passions focus on orthopedic injuries including the knee, hip and spine, with a special interest in the shoulder. After graduating from the University of St. Augustine’s premiere Doctor of Physical Therapy program, she acquired additional certifications in the Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, Cupping, and Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Krystal works with a diverse patient population treating athletes of all ages with sports injuries, to joint replacement and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis.

While Krystal is always working and engaging with her community, finding any way she can to help others, she still finds time to enjoy playing basketball and riding her bicycle. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family and favorite furry friends.

Michelle Kelly is an experienced Physical Therapist that has been helping her patients in South Florida recover from injuries and reach their goals for over 25 years.

She graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1995 and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2005. She has acquired certifications in Graston Technique, Pilates, Rock Tapping and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Driven by passion to provide the best quality care she takes pride in treating her patients like family and keeping Physical Therapy fun and enjoyable.

Originally from Canada, Michelle enjoys spending her free time outdoors, traveling, relaxing with family and friends and taking long walks on the beach with her dog Leo.

Michelle Kelly, PT, DPT, CSCS

Kathy Collister, PT

A proud graduate of Florida International University (FIU), Kathy has happily provided care in private practice, home health and hospital settings throughout her career. Her first love and passion is treating patients with neurological conditions. She also enjoys spine and lower extremity care with a new interest in Orthopedics. With a giving and compassionate heart, Kathy gives of herself, donating her time and many years of expertise to those in need on a regular basis.

Over the years, she has enjoyed volunteering as an Equestrian Special Olympics Coach and as a Therapeutic Equestrian Instructor and Therapist. Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors with her beloved friends, enjoying a glass of wine and beach pizza.

Sari Lane, DPT

Sari is an accomplished and experienced Physical Therapist that has been practicing in a variety of settings for over 10 years. She has an extensive background in exercise physiology and graduated with honors from a top 10 physical therapy doctorate program at the University of Miami in 2012.

Since then, Sari has gained valuable experience in the orthopedic, hospital and home health settings working with a wide range of patients and dysfunctions. Sari’s passion is orthopedic rehabilitation, wellness and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic, Sari enjoys being with family and friends, running, exercising, cooking, reading and playing with her two young children.

Physical Therapy Assistants

Nancy, PTA

Nancy is originally from Indonesia, but has lived in the United States for many years. Nancy became interested in Physical Therapy while she was undergoing rehabilitation for an ankle injury in 2013.

She enrolled in South University and received her degree for PTA in December 2015. After graduation she joined the Atlantic Physical Therapy group in January 2016. Nancy is happy to be working in a family oriented facility. She likes to work one on one with patients, and is dedicated to working for the success of each patient’s rehabilitation.

Nancy has a deep interest in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and has continued her education by adding certifications for: Bio-Integrative Myofascial Release technique, kinesiology Taping, vestibular Rehabilitation, Palm Beach Shoulder Rehabilitation, Shoulder Disorder, Therapeutic Exercise, and Strengthening Core Stability.

On her free time Nancy likes to exercise, spend time with her family, travel, and play with her dogs.

Stanley, PTA

Stanley is originally from Haiti and has been a physical therapist assistant since 2018. He studied at Broward College. While there, he was placed at Atlantic Therapy for his last clinical rotation and hasn’t left since. Stanley describes the environment at Atlantic Therapy as warm, with a friendly staff. We care for one another and work together as a team to provide the best quality care for our patients.

Stanley has a special interest in helping to keep his patients moving, specifically focusing on their balance. He enjoys employing unique techniques and ways to keep his patients engaged in getting better.

Stanley is fluent in French and Creole and enjoys helping his patients improve. Stanley knows everyone by name. Once he knows yours you are guaranteed to be greeted with a smile, each and everyday. He is a pleasure to have around the gym brightening and lightening the atmosphere.

Carole, PTA

Carole is a physical therapy assistant with 28 years experience. She graduated from Kent State University in 1993. She is dual licensed in Ohio and Florida. Over the years, she has obtained additional certifications in Fall Prevention, Kinesiology Taping, and the Graston technique. Carole has experience working in both home health and outpatient settings, specifically with the geriatric population.

In her free time, Carole enjoys playing tennis and taking walks on the beach, enjoying all that South Florida has to offer.

Max Zandberg, OTR

Max graduated from NYC Touro School of Health Sciences in 2011 with a MS in Occupational Therapy. Since then, Max has been passionate about providing the best possible care for patients with a wide range of issues and diagnoses.

After starting a successful clinic in NJ , Max and his family decided to move to South FL, continuing to provide outstanding care for the adult occupational therapy population. Max specializes in adult rehab, hand therapy and orthopedic injuries and disorders.
